Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Any product purchased using a promotional discount will be refunded at the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.

For credit card payments, it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted. If you're waiting beyond the maximum processing period, we will work with you to investigate the issue and provide a resolution. In some cases, we may need to contact your financial institution directly to resolve the matter.
